May 22nd this AF lens now available for Sony E mount. Nikon Z mount soon to come. No news about future availability of this AF model in EF or L mounts, however the MF version is currently available in all 4 mounts (sold out at the moment).

This looks like a massive step up for the ProArt line. I’ve been following the QD-OLED transition for a while, and seeing it finally hit the professional broadcast space with those 12G-SDI inputs is pretty exciting. The feature that really caught my eye, though, was the integrated motorized colorimeter. I’ve always found manual calibration to be one of those chores that’s easy to procrastinate on, so having the monitor handle its own hardware calibration on a schedule is a huge workflow win for consistency. It’s interesting to see the "mini stand" option for rack-mounted setups, too. It reminds me of the cable management headaches we deal with in server environments. When you’re running a high-end studio with gear like this, the backend networking becomes just as critical as the display. We recently had to upgrade to a high-capacity 32-port switch just to handle the throughput for uncompressed 4K assets moving between the NAS and the edit suites. You don't realize how much bandwidth these workflows eat until you’re actually pushing those files across the wire. I’m curious to see how the brightness sustained over a full workday, though. Does anyone know if they’ve implemented a custom heatsink for this specific panel to prevent aggressive dimming?

A fixed lens, no EVF, Tilt screen FF sounds ok…but a 50mm lens? Try a fixed, relatively fast 35mm or even the 40ish old classic. 35-45mm lenses were fairly common after the first 50mm rangefinders. They even have current, compact 40mm f2 lenses…
